Mike oversaw a twelve-million-dollar book of business that supports physicians and medical staff with better lab testing for better patient care.  As a certified Integrative Wellness & Life Coaching and Gallup Strengths Coach, Mike works with senior executives, managers, leaders, small organizations, and individuals to sharpen their skills by creating a vision for their company and themselves.  While he works with them they have seen profitable changes in themselves, employees, and home lives.
